This Privacy Policy explains how DataClick Pathology ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when pathology labs and patients use our software and online report delivery service.

Information We Collect

• From Labs: Lab name, contact number, and billing/plan details provided when a lab account is created.
• From Reports: Patient name and mobile number, only as included by the lab in the report it uploads — used solely to generate the report's secure download link.
• From the Contact Form: Name, email/phone, and message, only when you choose to submit it.

How We Use Information

• To generate and serve secure report download links.
• To operate each lab's account, billing, and support tickets.
• To respond to inquiries submitted through our Contact page.

Data Retention

Uploaded reports are automatically deleted from our servers 30 days after upload. Lab account and billing records are retained as long as the account is active.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share patient or lab data with third parties. Each lab's data is kept completely separate from every other lab's data.

Security

Report links use long, randomly generated identifiers that cannot be guessed. We take reasonable technical measures to protect stored data, though no online system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
