By using the DataClick Pathology software and platform ("the Service"), a pathology lab ("Lab") agrees to the following terms.

The Service

DataClick Pathology is a lab management software covering billing, test results, and report printing, with an optional online delivery feature: a QR code, printed on the report, gives patients a direct download link. Reports are automatically removed from our servers 30 days after upload.

Lab Accounts

• Each Lab is issued a unique Lab ID and API Key, which must be kept confidential.
• A Lab is responsible for the accuracy of the reports and patient information it uploads.
• Access may be suspended ("Blocked") at our discretion, including for non-payment, without affecting reports already delivered to patients.

Billing

The Online QR Report Delivery add-on is billed monthly (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details) and can be paid online via the Lab Support Portal. The base DataClick Pathology software is billed separately.

Acceptable Use

The Service may only be used to manage and deliver genuine pathology reports belonging to the Lab's own patients. Any misuse, including uploading unauthorized or fraudulent content, may result in immediate account termination.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service, including temporary downtime or delays.

Support

Support tickets raised through the Lab Support Portal are addressed within 12–24 hours.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
